LIST OF KEY PERSONNEL WITH FUNCTIONAL STATEMENTS

DIRECTORATE ASSISTANT / SECURITY AUDIT

This employee exists on the direction of the Agency director. His main responsibility is to audit the performance of the detailed security guards. His powers and functions shall be both internal and external, starting from the evaluation of procurement until proper implementation of all company policies in general. His proper functions and duties shall always be conferred by the Director of the agency. As such, all departments shall automatically be under his command.
This person shall establish a good rapport to all staff under his supervision; he shall have overall control and command of the entire operation of the agency.
He shall be responsible for the implementation of the company rules and regulations such as, ISSUANCE OF MEMO to the Operation Manager; attending corporate and client's meeting; implementation of modern system and procedures; evaluation of the agency's compliance to the requirements set forth and prescribed by the clients (MONTHLY PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS PROGRAM). This person shall directly report to the Agency Director.

EXCEPTION : (Money Matter)


HEAD - LEGAL AFFARIS OFFICE

This employee shall exist upon the discretion of the Director of the Agency. His function shall also be conferred by the lawful order of the top Management of the agency. This person shall be solely liable in all defects pertaining to the implementation of internal and external policy of the agency, revision and reformation of employees and client's contracts, giving memorandum and reprimand to all employees' violations, suspension and terminations of employees after his legal terms in JFBI Office, delegation of lawful memoranda from top management to all related elements of the company, attending legal meetings to all private and gov't. offices, drafting and filing information and action to courts, labor and disputes and information dissemination of all legal orders from the agency.


HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

He shall perform the position of the Operations Manager in the absence of the latter upon the direct order of the Directorate Assistant. This person is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of the entire employees of the agency, such as Job Specifications and briefings of all necessary information relative to the duties and responsibilities of the guards in their respective area of jurisdictions.
The briefing should include the Eleven (11) General Orders, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Firearms Safety Net Reminders, Military Time Reading, Logbook Proper Handling and Writing; the Proper Reporting, the Law of Hot Pursuit, the Rights of the Security Guard to conduct search in his premises, the five W's and others.


THE OPERATION MANAGER

The Operation Manager shall be liable and in-charge of the entire operation of the agency. His functions shall include Operational Planning Set-up; Issuance of memorandum to all his elements; Delegation of orders and attending client's meeting; SSS preparation; Hiring, Marketing Strategies, seminars, and training; Working internal and external and directly reporting to the Directorate Assistant for day to day eventualities; and Applying speedy solutions of the problems arising over his jurisdiction. The Operation Manager shall also assure a good and excellent performance of the agency relative to its sworn duty to its Clientèles involving the status of contract and employees. He shall also resolve the day-to-day problems arising from the operation.


MARKETING / COLLECTOR

In compliance with his commitment to the continuous growth of JFBI SCTY into the swing of success, this person shall render his utmost ability in the most affective, strategic and modern marketing tactics in behalf of JFBI SCTY. This person shall have an attractive and good rapport to business sectors, investors, politicians, PNP, and others. He must have a wide range of access in public relations system. He is solely liable and responsible to effect marketing promotion and evaluations of prospective and new clients.
He is also in charge of the distribution of billings and collection of payments to and from the clients.


HIRING DISPATCH OFFICER

This person is solely responsible for deploying and dispatching well trained Security Guards to be posted in all vacant positions. He shall also be accountable for keeping all Reports of security guards, Evaluations of Orders, Vacancies, Re-shuffle and other operational problem; he shall also be responsible in keeping firearms, records, guards license, and other external and internal problems of the agency.


INSPECTOR

He is a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology. This person is primarily responsible for the total implementation of all company policies and its dissemination at entire jurisdiction. He must render an exigent and excellent performance to the agency he is supposed to serve. He must adhere to implement 100% the company rules and regulation according to the standard operational procedure (SOP) of the agency. This person shall report to the Dispatcher and / or HR or any authorized person designated by the Director of the Agency, Directorate of the Agency, Directorate Asst., and the Operations Manager. From time to time, he shall be conducting physical inspection all over his jurisdiction. He is also accountable and liable on counting and updating firearms, DDO's and other fielded documentation / performance of all detailed personnel.


FIELD COMMANDER / AREA SUPERVISOR / OIC

This person is solely liable to all his area of jurisdictions. This person might be reporting to Field Inspector / Collectors specifically when the inspectors conducted inspection along his AOR and / or he shall directly be reporting to the dispatcher all forms of undesirable actions of his elements all over his jurisdiction. He is liable and accountable to the compliance of all company rules and regulations, disciplinary actions to his men, allocation of absences, and day offs. Moreover, he shall coordinate with the dispatcher and / or other Scty. Officers of the agency.


FINANCE MANAGER

Is solely responsible to all problems with regards to money matters, such as salary disbursement, loans and other matter pertaining thereof.


LOGISTIC OFFICER

Shall be responsible in keeping the agency forces, custody of important documents, firearms and other documents appurtenant thereof.


DEPARTING WORDS AND REMINDERS

All aforestated personnel shall commence and may completely diversify all foregoing rules and regulations pertaining hereto, but shall still be in accordance with and not in contravention to the policies of the agency.
